The Tilbury Hotel is situated in the heart of Woolloomooloo. The interior boasts a warm and comfortable environment with varnished wood, long leather banquettes and fireplaces, along with a generous sized deck and tranquil courtyard.
The dining room is situated downstairs with a view out to the courtyard. Chef Bryan O’Callaghan has created a contemporary Australian menu with Italian influences; it is driven largely by the extensive fresh produce available seasonally.
The upstairs level holds a lounge bar resembling the 1960′s, decked out with dark leather furniture, wooden floors and soft lighting. The attaching deck provides guests with a choice of areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
